Walk & Talk Individual Counselling

Embarking on traditional talk therapy may feel uneasy for some. So, let's switch it up and take our conversations outdoors—literally. We've curated an experience that embraces all the traditional counselling elements but ditches the whole sitting routine. You lead the way, and we'll bring the thoughtful questions.

Surrounded by nature, our walking sessions create a cozy space for sharing, introspection, and reflection, encouraging those 'aha' moments. Walking side by side also proves helpful in sorting through tough emotions, connecting with your body's innate wisdom, and making those challenging decisions a bit more manageable.

We'll meet at a convenient spot, spending 50 minutes strolling at your pace. Post-walk, I'll return to the office to take notes about our session for your file. Looking forward to blending the therapeutic journey with a touch of warmth and wellness.
